I'm not sure what you mean. I don't "find angles". I try to find factual info, form an opinion on it, and voice that opinion on this forum.
There is no "angle".
These folks have found a way to make money. They legally form a company. They usually design it so that they have all the power and so that they don't have to go to the shareholders for "permission" to do anything (like raise the share base, give raises, ect). They decide on a product and then go about PR'ing the crap out of it.
They fool penny investors (like those here) into believing that they are actively trying to produce a product, even though they aren't trying too hard. While doing this, they take loads of shares for apparently working hard to produce this product.
Meanwhile they dilute the crap out of it every time they need shares to pay themselves, lawyers, PR firms, and other "contractors" (who are part of the sham too).
All they while, innocent shareholders scratch their head and bemoan WHY the execs are doing such terrible things to their investment.
I'll tell you why. Because they designed it that way. It's how they make their money.
That's why people who are good investors stay away from penny land. This happens more often than not.
