I'm very curious to see who joins the BOD to qualify them for an up list. Since the company is saying the are moving forward with an up list, it should be safe to assume we'll see the additional board members within a couple weeks.

The dreaded post-uplist correction will most likely begin above $7. Some of the rise will be due to forced covering of all short shares including those still uncovered (naked shares). Seen this too many times.

Example?

Are people confusing uplisting with reverse splits? Reverse splits almost always result in the stock price tanking in at least the short term, and often the intermediate term.

However, just think about the "other CT**" stock that several of us CTIX'ers are also in (judging from posts on that board). They went up about 25% the day they announced the uplist. (Then they very very STUPIDLY announced a secondary offering, and the stock went right back down -- but that had nothing to do with the uplist.)

Also, TR** went up HUGELY when they uplisted. I know because I had an order in, and it never got filled because of it..... so I have been "left behind."

PLEASE everyone stop posting all these arguments about uplisting requirements. As judges say, "asked and answered." It's all been posted several times in the past month. There IS a way CTIX can qualify, whether for Nasdaq or AMEX, so enough already,

Agreed. As Drano posted, the other CT** had to R/S before uplisting. I think there was a brief knee-jerk at the announcement of the R/S, but they uplisted at 5.00 and were at 12.80 within a few days. CTIX is in great shape, and I'm sure IR's are chomping at the bit to get in.
