Usually stocks sell off a bit upon the actual uplist. Then if they do well as a company the stock prices explodes more than it probably otherwise would later on.
I and others have spent many hours looking into this. If it were that easy I would simply do nothing but flip stocks on uplists. Unfortunately it's not that easy and the naked-short-squeeze bullshit never happens.
And I do believe that CTIX's uplist is going to be even more explosive than CT**'s. Way more market potential behind this one, their institutional inrush will pale in comparison - it's going to be fun to participate!
