Not seeing any filing with Nevada Secretary of State, yet.

I believe, if they get FINRA approval (after SEC approval), they will then file an amendment with Nevada (their state of incorporation).
It will appear here:
http://nvsos.gov/sosentitysearch/CorpSearch.aspx

Type in FONU, select FONU 2, then click under actions/amendments, when viewing FONU 2. There will be a #9 added dealing with the reverse split.

Again, I believe they have to get FINRA approval first.

It states on or after Jan. 26. Does anyone have any idea how long it takes for all the approvals (FINRA), etc.?
