It's been my experience that's it's the other way around. I could be wrong but I know of 3 other tickers that filed amendment with NVSOS before they had Sec or Finra approval.

FONU has to mail the 14 to shareholders of record, and proof of delivery has to be received. I doubt they're using an agent that would normally do the distribution. Then FINRA approval is next. Then the State. They could go ahead with the State paperwork but if they don't get approval FINRA for whatever reason, well, that's doing paperwork twice so it's best to wait for FINRA then file the paperwork with NV.

Timeline: about 30 days out.
