No because they could easily say that many of those companies backed out. Easy to get around...but no biggy...I already am out and I'm happier again than I've ever been. :)
Bernie Madoff got away with his Ponzi scheme for almost 30 years. Heck, he was even chairman of the NASDAQ at some point. The only wonder is why he was caught at all. Heard he fleeced some big name clients. Moral of the story: don't expect the SEC to shut down the Frank & Bob sideshow anytime soon.
