I don't expect the SEC to do anything, simply because there hasn't been any indication that, they are concern with what is going on with ARSC or HFCO!

The BIG question(s) is why they haven't observed or acted on the current state of affairs with ARSC and HFCO?

I JUST... DON'T GET IT!
