clearly some sort of deal is in place....either with a manufacturing partner or with several large investors...
Once the R/S goes thru...there will prob be multiple direct offerings of stock to large investors for around 1-2M shares to give these guys a chance to get in before they drop the big news....I wouldn't be surprised if the R/S goes thru within the next 6-8 weeks....followed by several PRs on revenue growth, backlog, large projects...sprinkled within here will be several S-3A reflecting direct offerings to large investors and once the support network is in place they drop the big news and the mutual funds start to buy in...realistically a 1-35 R/S and in ~ 2-3 years you will see gains of around 10x from the R/S price.
What disappoint me is tethering for split is the easy way out to get the stock price up so it can be on the Nasdaq what also disappoints me is it's all being done at our expense what I mean by our expense is we are losing massive profits if he goes through with this. I'm very disappointed in you Jim Nelson.
