Time for some more RAMPANT SPECULATION.

What I think has been missed is the RS is a massive distraction.

There are clears signs the RS has been rushed through.
(no pr to explain or soften us up before hand, poorly worded form for the class A shares, grabbing control, NYSE not mentioned in first form but mentioned later in RS notice)

So yes JN has loaded the RS canon with shot and powder - but not lit the fuse.



In other words, I smell a DEAL - and a size-able one...
