The sadness is not to see companies like MPIX along with its malevolent board of Directors are skimming shareholders.
The real desolation is that THEY ARE ALLOWED TO DO SO without consequences!
As a result I would consider the US Market laws totally bogus and find the the government is colluding with criminals by not stopping them when there is such obvious abuse done!
