You may well be correct. But as far as questionable moves Victor has made, this probably doesn't make the top 10. You can file a complaint with the SEC or try to start a class-action suit, but you'll probably find the SEC doesn't care and no attorney will take on a suit against a company that has no assets.

Yes, it's sad that scams like this don't get shut down, but it's not like no one has been pointing out the true nature of MPIX.
