A point I apparently glossed over in my comment,...

I agree with you. My statement about close to zero respect was qualified by the phrase, "breakthrough technologies."

It's the classic case of not being able to measure the 'unknowns',.... and not even really knowing what all the 'unknowns' (positive and negative) are.

And Steady_T is (IMO) in large part right as well. "Mr. Market" doesn't like risk,... unless there is a good way to estimate that risk and factor it into the equation.
