I believe the liabilities subject to compromise are those that could be negotiated or 'compromised' under ch11...in a 'normal' bk they would be...in this case they will not. We came to court to rid ourselves of the apple contract and that has been accomplished. The protection of the court will give time to rebuild revenues and be sure no one is compromised.
