Well, Mosky got out of going to prison by claiming a medical (psychiatric) problem. That was pathetic - he's a premeditated repeat crook - back from his Romantic Moments scam and he and his dad's bogus "Carter's Child Clothing" scam that sold bootlegged Chinese copies and made people think they were real Carter's products.
Steven Moskowitz may well be mentally ill, but he's also a career criminal and belongs in prison. I'll bet the doctor that provided the sealed reports to the court got paid a big fee for those.
Hell, Charlie Manson is mentally ill and he's in prison. Mosky should be too.
But, unlike some here, I recognize that it's over and Mosky walked with just probation. (BTW, you don't get 3 years probation and a $12 million dollar restitution order for speeding.)
