But is he ever going to pay back the 12.6 million or was that fine just use as an excuse to keep him out of jail?

(Addressing victims, the judge said, “I want them to understand that their pain and their loss is understood by the court.” But, she said, restitution would be within reach of Moskovitz, who works in marketing, were he allowed to keep working.

“That certainly is not going to be accomplished by putting you in jail,” she said.)

To sick for jail well enough to work.

236, have you ever figured out what that restitution amount really means at 10% of Mosky's income. Let's say he makes $200K/year. That's $20,000 in restitution.Without court costs, it'll take over 500 years. Are you sure that's a just punishment.

236T: THE $12.5M WILL NEVER BE PAID!! It has been assessed at 10% of his salary. Even assuming he lands a $125K/year job (highly unlikely) and he actually pays, that would amount to only $12.5K per year. It would literally take him 1000 years to pay off the $12.5M at $12.5K/year.

The court won't take the time to try to track down his millions in ill-gotten gains that are probably in a Swiss bank and it isn't part of his sentence.

OJ never paid anything on his $30M court settlement to the Goldman family other than a small amount obtained by seizing some of his property and selling it.

Financial judgments won't impact Moscowitz at all. Only prison time would have been fair, but he was only give probation.

LORETTA LYNCH's DOJ OFFICE IS A JOKE AND SHE SHOULD NEVER BE CONFIRMED TO REPLACE ERIC HOLDER.
