Nope... But, thanks...

It just so happens that there is a "Security Research Associates, Inc." that is referenced in at least two SEC filings. That company was founded in the same year as the Larkspur company (which is the one referenced in the Wave PR).

The "Security Research Associates, Inc." is a very interesting company... with deep ties to Missouri and one family of mutual fund managers who recently sold to Illington Funds.

But, like I said... THAT one is PROBABLY not related to the San Franciso/Larkspur one.

Like I said: a dodgy dot.

Best Regards,

UncleverName.............seems a perfect fit!

At SRA we are focused on relationships, not transactions, and we have a track record of completing deals very quickly - without disturbing the market.

Our Capital markets group looks for ideas that are misunderstood or undervalued. Ideas which offer above average returns to our institutional clients – clients who have been doing business with us for many years and represent the kind of investors we feel will be supportive and committed to the companies they own in the long term.

SRA analyzes companies, industries and trends against current valuation and consensus, sometimes taking a contrarian approach. We place a premium on the fundamentals of the business as well as the quality of management.

We currently have Capital Markets professionals serving New York, Boston, San Francisco and the Midwest.

SRA partners each come from respected sell-side and buy-side firms with the belief that being bigger is not better in the small cap marketplace
