Matt do you discuss what you are going to do about a particular topic with a lawyer before you take action on the website? Does deleting an entire thread put you into a legal situation which you might regret down the line?

How come you allowed the Is Ihub a Scam thread but deleted the thread about stock picking sites?

If there were psot violating the TOU shouldn't only they have been rmoved rather then delete an entire thread that has existed for some time? Why would anyone want to post here if at anytiem their posts, falling within tou, suddenly disapear?

Why would I want to talk about stocks here when any post that isn't similar too "this 5 cent OTC BB is gointg to $100, this will be so big you'll piss yourself", have a high probability of being deleted anyway?

That's a pretty insensitive comment to make. I resent the personal attack on chickens. People energetically axed like fat lighter around here for sex, law, and useless banter while you encourage the cremation of an entire phylum chordata, or whatever, before a worldwide audience of menacing heretics. I expect to see a bit more self-control exhibited here. Wouldn't you prefer a little useless banter over three shots of charcoal lighter up an a@@ full of mesquite chips? Depends on whose bandwith is over the coals, I guess.

Hope for your sake that TastesLikeChicken doesn't get wind of your true colors.
