How is it you figure a thread that had a header similar to this one is to discuss a certain poster?

If there were psot violating the TOU shouldn't only they have been rmoved rather then delete an entire thread that has existed for some time? Why would anyone want to post here if at anytiem their posts, falling within tou, suddenly disapear?
