ah so the 8k still cometh, and next week it will be another excuse, if the sale was coming why the very last minute?? Sub 20 cent average, wow, that's a massive loss over how many years?? I'm sure all investors are proud of their return over the years.

You do realize that the timing of 8Ks are dictated by the SEC and management cannot just wait as long as they like to file them?

As I am also a long that about 2years ago sold about 25% of my shares at a huge loss and have a ton of shares still with a cost basis about a buck. I will like to point out that all the good predictions have never come true so please give me a good reason why it's going to change now. Thanks

as i noted just yesterday .. while i would
have filed the 8K on 12.31.14 (due to *knees*)
i can fully understand mgmt's exploitation of
a full week vs a holiday shortened one (week)
