i'm an actual investor in P2O via PTOI
with a CB (cost basis sub 20c) and 6x
more *markers* held today than a mere
2 years ago (Dec 2012)

as i noted just yesterday .. while i would
have filed the 8K on 12.31.14 (due to *knees*)
i can fully understand mgmt's exploitation of
a full week vs a holiday shortened one (week)
