OMG! That number is from June 6 2014. Since then they increased the A/S to 2.9 BILLION from 500 million and the outstanding has to be at least 1.3 BILLION as of September 30th per their filings. Now add three more months of dilution and JMHO, the O/S could be over 2 Billion and the float at least 1.3 Billion. Again this guess is based on what is in their filings as the TA is gagged so no current information is actually available!
