Hey, maybe the $100M entity is a Columbian narco-trafficant that wants its assets to become legit ?

Now that's a thought.

WNTR - Simple, because the entity isn't really worth $100 million. Those entities are actually worthless. WNTR might be the biggest scam going right now. Frank Kristan just makes up the value based on how much stock he paid for it but that isn't how accounting works. He also makes up revenues that do not exist. The only reason WNTR hasn't gotten suspended already is because it is a non-SEC reporting company so its filings are not regulated.

Frank Kristan even created an imaginary fake auditor that doesn't really exist to vouch for those fake assets.

Do some research on Frank Kristan and you quickly find that he has a history of deception and fraud which includes past securities fraud and real estate fraud.

Before getting involved in WNTR, Kristan used SAVW as his last dilution scam.

A recidivist scammer like Kristan will find his way back to some new ticker or fraud in the future once he is done with sucking all the value out of WNTR which hopefully an SEC suspension will speed up.
