2014 brought more than 2013 and 2012 combined. Seem to be heading in the right direction. Hopefully Q4 10Q and early 2015 news will confirm.

The numbers are expectedly bad but the fact that they are filing and have a new lawyer is somewhat encouraging I guess... We'll see what 2015 brings.. Stay safe tonight everyone

Financials were requested and the facts presented, perhaps not all happy
with numbers here, however I see an earnest demonstration of good faith and will be content with managements show of liability.
