2.. With the current pps, and avail. Shares, how could this benefit them? Market cap is 3.6m, not in the billions!! They can just buy back avail shares for cheap
.... I call scare tactic and will continue to add. Worst that can happen is lose a few grand :) come on sub pennies lol
Why would anybody possibly buy this at this point when shares will be canceled regardless of the Bankruptcy outcome. There is no catalyst to move this forward. Any good news will be reflected on the new shares when all is said and done. We are screwed either way.
