I have two questions on this...

1. How could this be legal?

2.. With the current pps, and avail. Shares, how could this benefit them?
Market cap is 3.6m, not in the billions!! They can just buy back avail shares for cheap

.... I call scare tactic and will continue to add. Worst that can happen is lose a few grand :) come on sub pennies lol
