DNDODD: I agree as far as with the monetary impact, but from my observations over the years I see that all court venues don't seem to work well, especially with agencies, appeals courts, etc. The arbitration method although not perfect seems to be breaking up some of the clouds and I think more of them should be the proper way to solve IP problems. Maybe it will speed up resolutions to other legals pending. I feel IDCC is back for a while.
