I agree that Apple can drag it for long term. Do you think that this case is helping apple at this time? This is not my job to review impact of this case on apple's or GTAT's reputation in market. But dragging this case in courts for long will open more apple's secret business contracts in news and media. Apple's team would know more about their contracts language and conditions and they can guess that opening all those contracts clauses in court and in public will help them or not. Its their call to look what is best for apple in the long run.
