Thanks Xena and Bunny. The evidence is very clear, and in writing. I think this Judge really wants to make an example of Apple, but Apple may decide to settle or pay before they are made an example of. The million-dollar question (actually more like the Billion-dollar question) is what happens if Apple has decided to play hardball so that, in the end, they will not pay anything, or pay less that a certain amount, or set things up so that they will end up getting GTAT anyway despite this debacle. What is The Judge prepared to do if Apple goes this route? We will find out soon enough.
