I didnt say they were going private, i was just saying this looks like a CEO taking greater control possibly ahead of a takeover or his own plan to take this private so he can get all the rewards. People selling at these levels are handing the keys to the treasure at a very cheap price and may be looking back in the next 90 days wondering what they were thinking. When is the last time you saw a CEO constantly buying large amounts of shares and not just waiting for cheap dips?
I know my answer...never, this just doesn't happen, so hes either jacked up excited or he knows this is a slam dunk. If you don't like it great move on an go troll somewhere else.
going private means - largest shared holders/board of directors decide to buy back shares from other share holders, usually with mkt price + some premium. If they were to go private now, they probably will buy all shares at .15 from you and me. But , this can not go private right now.
