The 9 Felony Fraud counts against Lyric President/CEO Hanna Schmieder Solomon, and the list of additional charges against the other named co-conspirators, have now been in place for three months - none have been dropped and full bail has been continued. Perhaps I watch a bit too much Law and Order, but that suggests to me the government has a strong case here. You're right about the holiday conversations, too. I wonder who's gonna try flipping on who to get a deal here.
