No DOUBT that " justice will happen " with Hanna if convicted. Even with Class E FELONY CONVICTIONS staring her in the face, these are SEVERE FELONY CHARGES and each one can carry a 3-5 YEAR sentence according to past NYC's rulings, including monetary payment(s). Of course, they can also fine her to the hilt and let her off with a slap on the wrists but the SEC is not letting these folks off of the hook so easy anymore. Not to mention the FELONY CONVCTIONS following them around for the rest of their life. Not a good thing IMO!

Only issue here is just how the Judge will consider the ENORMOUS AMOUNT OF MONEY THAT WAS SCAMMED BY ALL INVOLVED HERE! This must be one of the LARGEST CASES that NYC has seen in some time. Should be quite a " FEEDING FRENZY " for the MEDIA!

Obviously the Judge has a boat load of bucks staring him in the face to RECOVER and I will guarantee you Hanna will be paying her fair share if convicted. She may think she is POOR now for the courts but when they ultimately get through with her, she may wish she had NEVER had her little " DREAM " of keeping up all of those " starving artists " year after year while lining her bank account with bucks she SCAMMED off of shareholders and investors.

Be watching for Bankruptcy hearings in the future from these outstanding " pillars of the community " when they can't pay the bills!

IMHO, not ALL of the bank accounts, foreign/offshore entities, money laundering, real estate and personal endeavors of ALL of these folks including their " family members " has been chased down yet. It may take the IRS another year, two, three.....who knows, to dot all of those " i's " and cross all of those " t's " BUT I am certain they will get their job DONE!

Have a great HOLIDAY SEASON! I am thinking about possibly a WARM climate again after the 1st of the year.......Maui is beautiful in the early months........
