If what you say is even remotely accurate then why is Bob still in the picture? It seems by the way you make it look that Jimmy and his good friend Don may not be such good friends after all. It perhaps it wasn't personal .... Just business, Jimmy couldn't deliver and when you don't deliver there are consequences. Friend or not. Also, you seem to have inside information that you are leaking in cryptic ways? What gives? Why can't you just come out and say what you know? Why all the cloak and dagger? Are you on the BOD? Are associated with the company in some way?
