No I am absolutely not associated with this company nor am I on the BOD. Further, I am will not defend my position to anyone nor will I spell out something to appease someones curiosity when clearly, given your request for Jimmy's contact info, you have not had contact with him. That said, you only have Bob's version of any event and/or circumstances.
I on the other hand have spoken with BOTH men. Some here may recall when I could not and would not be baited into disclosure of a conversation I had with Bob simply because I acknowledged having had such conversation in a response to another's inquiry. During that conversation, Mr, Reynolds disclosed an up-coming event (the conference call in) for which Don had not at that time publicized. Bob simply requested of me to allow for Don the opportunity to present this before I posted anything...to wit I agreed and kept my word. In keeping my word it became a posting frenzy replete with innuendos and suggestions of "insider Trading"...you, know that crap you're attempting here.
It is an inarguable FACT that Bob does not have the relationship and/or the time-in with Don, personally or professionally, to include the investment in FLPC (albeit on paper I'm sure) that Jimmy does...and I'm most confident still does.
There's not a doubt in my mind that Jimmy's departure has absolutely NOTHING to do with some undisclosed and/or hidden truths he discovered nor does it have anything to do with his failure to deliver and/or complete some FLPC task (s). For again, what possibly can one do without funds? As for what Jimmy did and/or didn't do...ONE thing (in my opinion) is reliable...DON NICHOLSON will, as he always has, write the story his way...and I'm betting it will NOT be a negative story about his longtime friend and business partner!
I am not here to save anyone or foretell others of a disastrous investment...for reality is people can't be told something they don't want to hear. So do not misinterpret my position...or attempt to make cryptic my postings...GLTY
