They do make whole-grain pasta. (Shells and tubes, don't know if I ever saw spaghetti/linguini.) I sometimes use those. There are times, though...I JUST want some regular 'sketti. Calories be-Darned! ...Sometimes I just go NUTS with Shrimp (Cholesterol) in a Butter/garlic-sauce, (More cholesterol) over Linguini. (Nasty-carbs)...and I might even smoke a cigarette afterwards!
