I have thought for several months that IBCL and NOVA might end up merging, like Donk suggests.
IMO, watch for a request at a shareholder meeting to increase the number of HNWS/NOVA shares authorized... then take about half that to find out about how many shares of NOVA will be given in exchange for IBCL shares. Just my opinion.
Why is it that HNWS shares are still traded then? The merger is not complete until HNWS shares become Nova shares in my opinion.
You talked about the way they have been selling some units. Are you talking about the Nova share units? Do you have knowlegde that some units have been sold or are you just guessing based on the recent stock movement?
