I dont believe that IBCL and Nova will ever merge - at least not in the forseeable future. Nova IMO was started because it had no debt, no lawsuits, no death spiral financing, no defulted loans, no bad history. Merging the companies would kill both companies. As the plan goes now, both should benefit.
