I agree this is a scam, but not your typical scam this one is a bit more sophisticated: with spin-offs and fluff PR's that sound like FDA approval yet no approval in sight. Classic koos is to slowly dilute and bring pps down to sub penny then mega dilute then spinoff.....wash rinse repeat.
