But it just doesn't make sense at all to have the company down-listed to PINK because of the small money. Bear in mind that companies in Pink Sheets are not required to report financial statements at all.
OK, I get it. And I'm in agreement with Leo and the rest of you on the point of frugality. The point that Amateur and I were making is that we thought we would be selling higher right now if we weren't OTC pink. I'm not George and the logic is not wasted on me. All other things being considered, I'm happy with Leo's stewardship of my investment. I still think there was a slight error in judgment.
I get it and completely agree with it...if what I think and hope will happen in the next 3 months! If it doesn't happen then I may question it, but all signs and PRs are pointing to a much much much higher valuation in the next couple of months. IMO.

It is lack of visibility - no analyst covers Pink securities - in fact you do not even see any articles on these stocks in reputed publications as they are considered as penny stocks or pump and dump stock.
