I bet even if you offered to pay it to Leo, and actually meant it, he would tell you to save your money but you a few more shares. He doesn't want to waste time or money on being listed in the OTC, it doesn't matter what level it is, it's the OTC and it will still be unreachable to all the investors you want to get in! How come nobody gets this?
