lol, beats me. That's a very complicated hypothesis. And I have a pretty poor understanding of bankruptcy stuff. Cases seem to be treated very differently. SPNG, for example, was involved in a BK action for years. I believe that's finally over, but the stock still hasn't had its registration revoked.
