Thank you for pointing out how they were able to do a merger and raise $2 million dollars and shares outstanding is still very low at 32 million shares.
They issued shares for a merger we all understand there was a merger here. After the merger was completed and they raised $2 million dollars the shares outstanding has barely gone up. I trade in the present World. In the present World shares outstanding is NOT going up dramatically.
