Which facts do you deem inaccurate or are having difficulty understanding Rain?

The latest 10Q reporting that the outstanding common share count increased by over 15 million shares during the third quarter which nearly doubled the outstanding share count.

The latest 10Q showing that around 11 million of that 15 million share increase came from the conversion of preferred shares to common shares.

That each share of the issued and outstanding Series 'A' and 'C' preferred class convert to 100 common shares.

That there is still the equivalent of over 130 million common shares represented by these preferred shares that have yet to be converted.
