That pretty much falls in line with what has happened - we are there and so far have been unable to locate any WMD's, but only an idiot could believe that there were no WMD's with all the evidence overwhelmingly in favor of their existence. I cannot recall Bush or anyone else saying that "WMD facilities will be found at .....". If that were the case the UN inspectors could have gone straight to them.
