Thanks a lot ! I think that's why the market isn't reacting big time yet. Even though there is a big possibility that P53 is activated and that the P21 biomarker is a direct consequence of that we still don't know. The day when Leo can write a PR saying that P53 is undeniably activated the pps will surge. I'm pretty sure this will happen. Until then: Patience.
BK would you agree that no matter the mechanism for P21 increase if Kevetrin is found to result in a dose dependent increase in P21 expression in these patients there is a very good chance that human studies will follow results seen with xenograph preclinical work. As P21 levels increase tumor response and regression should result. Any thoughts on HDAC inhibitors causing P21 expression and whether Kevetrin may be working through that pathway.
