Thank you Karin - this puts to rest all the debate on Why not or Why yes. So the answer is Yes - the question is when.

As expected - Leo is on top of things and thinking on all aspects. Past performance tells us that we just wait and watch as things unfold and he takes necessary decision.

In this case patience will be virtue.

Thanks a lot for sharing! At least we now know it is NASDAQ. Love the last sentence about the shorts. Keep the surprises coming Leo!

Leo either has channeled my thoughts or is my long lost twin brother. :-) That's exaclty what I think...there is no hurry. The only question is, why did he bring it up two months ago? He must have thought, like many of us here, that the stock would have reacted more favorably to the B news. I expect if we we were at $6 or $10 he would have made the move.

But let's face it...even at $10 there will still be the other things to do before uplisting can be done. I'm hoping this issue, gets dropped.

Great Reply from Leo-
I'm much encouraged by his underlining the shareholder friendly concept of minimal dilution-

By the same token,I don't believe a potential partner really cares about a major exchange listing as much as proof of effective science.

Thank you Karin. This is a perfect example of why Leo is deserving of the confidence we have in him.

Note received from Leo today regarding uplisting. I'm thinking he sent it to me since I had put a call in to him on Friday. I'd been thinking of asking for another interview, but, our call was cut short by another before I could ask for an interview. The only question I got out was about uplisting. I think others have asked too. Following is a cut and paste without any changes:

Uplisting question

to me

Please understand that this matter is always at the forefront of Cellceutix's plans. Of course I would like to attract institutional ownership, and hope the share price will rise as a result. After all, I am also a very large shareholder of CTIX.

I assure you I have a mostly completed NASDAQ application on my desk. However, before applying there are factors that we must consider for the best long term value for Cellceutix and its shareholders. A basic requirement is that we have the capital on hand to complete one year of projects and can't have a going concern opinion from the auditors. (The same is true for NYSE-MKT). To accomplish that I would need to dilute quite heavily at the present price of about $3/share.

Considering the recent announcements on the ABSSSI and Kevetrin trials, and the recent purchase of Durata at such an astonishing price, do you think it would be wise to do so? Perhaps its prudent to wait a little longer and hopefully the market will better reflect our value. Of course at any time we think its right, we may pull the trigger and apply.

These are the kind of decisions we need to make for the best interest's of Cellceutix and its shareholders. That is why we have filed a S-3 for a shelf offering. If shorts think they can can cover with cheaper shares because of this filing, they may be in for a surprise as we will always do whats best for Cellceutix and its shareholders.

Best, Leo Ehrlich

Karin,
I would add my thanks to the heap. It really doesn't matter, to me, whether CTIX uplists to a major exchange tomorrow or a year from tomorrow. It seems as though the best course of action would be to uplist when in the best financial and structural position to do so. Another thing to consider is, having the application partially filled out, Leo must be ready to put the remaining requirements into place in fairly short order. My thinking is that stellar positive results on B, the start of some new trials, uplisting, and probably several things I'm failing to consider, could create a perfect storm of share price appreciation in the next year that I am certainly not planning to miss out on.

$.20--who gives a flip?

Of course I'm here to squeeze out as much earning from my fairly limited share holding as possible, and realize that may take a while.

All in my opinion, GLTA, yadayadayada.

Thanks again,

–D

Thanks for sharing with the board Karin. That is really reassuring information, not that I needed it, but others seem to.

Thanks Karin! To uplist now with significant dilution when there are so many expected near-term events would be shortsighted. Leo has his finger on the pulse of the science and the market.

Thank you KarinCa for sharing Leo's comments.
While I have the utmost confidence in Leo's ability to steer this 'ship', I now have a glimpse into his thought processes as he continues to make corrections and adjustments as he charts a course.

It seems that everyone on this Board knows what needs to be done, but only Leo knows WHEN they should be done. Posters have been clamoring for an uplisting, but Leo made it clear that to uplist at the $3 share price level he would "need to dilute quite heavily." Timing is a key element in Leo's decision-making process. If you don't know the full ramifications of doing something now as opposed to later, then I think it would be difficult to credibly criticize Leo.

As a long-term shareholder, I am satisfied that Leo's interest are greatly aligned with long-term shareholders and that he has demonstrated a high degree of competence as the CEO of CTIX. That said, I intend to sit back and enjoy the ride as the bus company slogan implores "Go Greyhound and leave the driving to us."
