Did he bring it up before seeing the application? Possible. But, I'd only be guessing on that.

Leo either has channeled my thoughts or is my long lost twin brother. smile That's exaclty what I think...there is no hurry. The only question is, why did he bring it up two months ago? He must have thought, like many of us here, that the stock would have reacted more favorably to the B news. I expect if we we were at $6 or $10 he would have made the move.
But let's face it...even at $10 there will still be the other things to do before uplisting can be done. I'm hoping this issue, gets dropped.
