Absolutely not. I just gave 2 examples of very successful OTC companies. I would prefer to stay OTC for now.

If you start at the beginning of this thread you will see my comments are in regard to this statement,

Monolith - "I'm surprised at the lack of credible backers in the form of writeups or institutional holdings."

Being fully SEC reporting is what's important along with the clinical work moving forward. We have a fully SEC reporting company that has made the leap from pre clinical work to clinical trials on humans. And, the means to cover it financially. We also have a CEO that appears to like to keep shareholders up to date.

SEC filings: http://www.sec.gov/cgi-bin/browse-edgar?company=Cellceutix+Corp&match=&CIK=ctix&filenum=&State=&Country=&SIC=&owner=exclude&Find=Find+Companies&action=getcompany

Clinical trials: http://clinicaltrials.gov/ct2/results?term=cellceutix

I've been relatively quiet on the board for a period of time due to health reasons coupled with a relocation to another city which was quite challenging while recuperating. This is being mentioned so that no one questions my timing of recently renewed posting activity. All is good... both personally and in CTIX land. ;)

Edit to add: Being OTC prevents the massive shorting that occurs in big board biotech stocks. Another pro is not dealing with extra dilution simply for a Nasdaq listing at this point in time.

There are pros and cons with everything. The only con I see is the lack of institutional investors until we are uplisted, but, that day will come relatively soon since Leo has already said he intends to uplist. My preference is to go Nasdaq over NYSE-Mkt. And, so do outfits like the Baker Brothers*. ;)

*I just did a search of Baker Brothers holdings and out of 103 holdings, not one is NYSE-Mkt. They are all Nasdaq except for one AMEX and one NYSE.

So OTC doesn't mean failure necessary does it? What's your line of thinking here if I may ask...
