*I just did a search of Baker Brothers holdings and out of 103 holdings, not one is NYSE-Mkt. They are all Nasdaq except for one AMEX and one NYSE. - KarinCA

Karin, you don't see the corporate governance benefits of an independent board and an audit function? There's a reason exchanges require them and why management-controlled companies don't do them voluntarily: it's for our benefit (outside shareholders), not management's.
