That $21m order document is on the same site that confirms the $162m IDIQ and posted on the same date. Have you thought that perhaps for such a bulk volume buy that it could still be profitable ? Note that a lot of gross margin hit is usually due to under-utilization. This may not be a bad thing in the end if IMSC want to take over the whole world ETD market undercutting all its opposition. I am trying to look on the bright side here just in case ya know that document is actually true ;-).

Given the increasing publicity, the event on Monday and TVs slots coming up, some are totally fired up and basically committing crime but false accusations to people who have fidcuciary duties and who have publicly said that those numbers were incorrect and the actual figure was materially higher. Amazing stuff but really does not matter, hard to compete with 162mn order when your prototype at ASTC is simply not feeding you...
