MAS- it was signed Nov.10 so it was updated, however, I don't believe its for 1100 units, more like 500-570 units.

This explains the current situation.

That $21m order document is on the same site that confirms the $162m IDIQ and posted on the same date. Have you thought that perhaps for such a bulk volume buy that it could still be profitable ? Note that a lot of gross margin hit is usually due to under-utilization. This may not be a bad thing in the end if IMSC want to take over the whole world ETD market undercutting all its opposition. I am trying to look on the bright side here just in case ya know that document is actually true .
